Tottenham Confirm Early Arrival of Yang, Teenager Set for Gradual Introduction

Tottenham Hotspur’s summer signing, Yang Hyun-jun, will join the club ahead of schedule, arriving from Gangwon FC in December rather than January, according to Football.London’s Alasdair Gold.

The 21-year-old winger, secured for £3.3 million, will not be immediately thrust into first-team action. Manager Ange Postecoglou plans to give Yang ample time to acclimate to his new environment and the demands of English football.

Gold highlighted that Yang, who recently completed his first full season of professional football in South Korea, faces a steep challenge in adapting to the Premier League. Tottenham are reportedly committed to easing the teenager into their setup, prioritizing his long-term development over short-term expectations.

While Spurs fans may have to wait to see the South Korean talent in action, the club’s measured approach reflects their belief in Yang’s potential to make an impact in the years to come.
