Lewis Hamilton expressed his disappointment after Formula 1’s Brazilian Grand Prix qualifying session was postponed due to heavy rain and lightning. The Mercedes driver interrupted an interview with F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali to voice his frustration.

“You should’ve sent us out! This is ridiculous, we should go out! I wanna go out!” Hamilton exclaimed.

The seven-time world champion called for better wet weather tires and questioned the decision to delay the session. “We should be out there, pushing the limits, that’s what we love to do,” he added.

The qualifying session is now scheduled for 10:30 AM UK time, with the race set to start at 3:30 PM. Despite significant efforts to dry the track, the deteriorating light conditions forced the FIA to postpone the original qualifying time.

As the rain continues to fall, fans and drivers alike eagerly await the rescheduled qualifying session and the main race on Sunday.
